• Our designs/ images may not be used by you for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We are happy when you share our product images, but please make sure that you credit our labels and tag us or link our website.
• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India or other regulatory authority.

• We ship to all cities in India. Shipping charges for deliveries within India is Rs. 45/- Your order will take 48 hours to dispatch. We request you to allow your order at least 7 working days to reach you, from date of dispatch. We take full responsibility for sending customer goods in good condition.
• Shipping charges for International parcels may vary and will need to be paid for, separately.

We assure our clients about the quality of all products under Label Ginelle Alphonso and G A Kids.

However, item(s) will be eligible for “Return” if:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item(s) in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you have received, has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
• Item(s) that have been altered by your request will not be considered for a return or refund.
• Any returns to G A Designs is the responsibility of the customer and damage/misplacement of the goods in transit will not be borne by G A Designs.
• You can raise a Return or Refund request from your account under “My Orders” or contact us via email or phone number mentioned on our contact page.

Please make sure the original products tags are still attached to the product in order to avail a return or refund for the purchased item(s). Please contact our team on +91 8433547155 on Monday-Saturday between 11am to 7pm only, within 14 days from date of delivery.

Since we are a Design Label, we do provide a customized fits for our garments.

• You can call us on +91 8433547155 and request for any alteration before purchase and shipping. We do not take any garment(s) for alteration after purchase. We strongly recommend that you call us to check for lengths of the garment before purchase. No refund will be initiated after alteration.

Charges may apply depending on the alteration needed. Since we only customize premium and luxury garments for women, we will be happy to alter it at any time.
